      Techoutletltd offers a 30-day return period, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase. To qualify for a return:

      • The product must be in new, unused condition.
      • It should include all original packaging and accessories.

      Initiating a Return

      1. A return authorization.
      2. Detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.

      Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

      Return Shipping Costs for Customers

      • For Defective Products: Techoutletltd will cover the return shipping cost.
      • For Customer Remorse: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If we get the product back, you will get 90% of the orders back within 1-3 working days, and we charge a 10% commission.

      Return time

      The return processing time is 14 days. Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded according to the original payment method.

      Refund time

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed promptly, you will automatically receive a refund to the original method of payment, the refund amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 3 business days.

      Delivery times are calculated from the day your order is shipped, not the purchase date. Please note that delays may occur due to external factors such as customs clearance, incorrect address details, or unforeseen circumstances.
